Are you or your partner pregnant?

Are you seeking information to support healthy pregnancy?

Healthy pregnancy is a result of a myriad of factors such as nutrition, a safe and healthy living environment, access to prenatal health care, exercise, and avoiding harmful substances [teratogens].

For some people, balancing these needs during pregnancy can be met with obstacles that are hard to overcome.

We believe that for a pregnancy to be healthy, a community of
supports and services are needed to help to bridge any challenges such as:

  • access to healthy food,
  • gaps in health care,
  • and trauma-informed services to help prevent the use of harmful substances, such as alcohol.

For everyone to have equal hope of a healthy pregnancy, we are here to help you by getting the resources you need to feel the supports of a community.

Connection is a vital part of any life, beginning as early as pregnancy.
